2)	We get policy documentation to you within 4 working days.
3)	For those more unusual quotes, we provide you with formal FCA compliant quotations within 24 hours of your submission and issue policy documents within 4 working days of receiving an order.
4)	We will issue renewals on time every time.
5)	A senior underwriter checks every policy document before it is sent out.
6)	We will make sure that you always speak to a human and we will call you back when we say we will.
